Welcome to Thus Always

Dear friend,

I am very excited to welcome you to my newsletter. My name is Gil Caley, the writer, organizer, and voice behind Thus Always. This will be my second attempt to write a newsletter, an addendum to my work as editor of The Catalyst and founder of Texas Catalyst Media.

Whether you are a friend, family member, fellow citizen, or even just a fellow human being, this is an invitation from me to you to start a dialog. On a weekly (or biweekly, if you choose) basis, I plan to send you letters on a variety of topics including, but not limited to: freedom, change, spirituality, politics, culture, technology, philosophy, and current events.

I want to cultivate this space as a place of spiritual & educational connection, where our souls may speak to each other. As I write, you may read and respond. I will read and respond to you, and we will hopefully learn together. It's my faith that this critical learning process can and will transform us if we let it. If we let ourselves be changed, we can change our shared reality. By doing so, we might become co-creators of our own tomorrow, and a world in which it will be easier to love.
